Day 1 – London Heathrow to Kathmandu, Nepal
Depart London Heathrow for international flight to Kathmandu, Nepal.

Day 2 – Kathmandu arrival
Today you will arrive in the capital of Nepal, Kathmandu. On arrival you will be transferred to the Hotel to check-in and freshen up. In the afternoon you have a city tour of Kathmandu, including Hanuman Dhoka Palace Complex in Durbar Square (one of three royal palace squares). Then continue to Swayambhunath, the golden spire of the 5th-century. Swayambhu stupa is adorned with a colourful fluttering of prayer flags; it crowns a hill overlooking the Kathmandu Valley and offers fantastic views over the city of Kathmandu.

Day 3 – Kathmandu
This morning after breakfast you will visit Pashupatinath and Bodhnath. After lunch you visit Patan, a 15 minute drive from Kathmandu. Lalitpur, the city of beauty, is separated from Kathmandu only by the Bagmati River and is the second largest town in the valley. Lalitpur is fragmented from other cities due to its substantive architectural ancient masterpieces. Patan’s central Durbar Square is absolutely packed with temples: It is an architectural centre point with a far greater concentration of temples per sq. meter than in Kathamandu or Bhaktapur. (B,L)

Day 4 – Kathmandu/Nagarkot
This morning you will drive to Nagarkot, situated about 35 km east of Kathmandu city, Nagarkot is the nearest panoramic view point and from here one can see the beautiful view of the Himalayan peaks. Nagarkot is located between Kathmandu valley in the west and Indrawati in the east. The top of Nagarkot commands accelerating views in all directions. The altitude of Nagarkot is 2229-m/7133 ft. above sea level. In the evening you wil have a gentle walk around Nagarkot for 1-2 hours. (B,L)

Day 5 – Nagarkot/Kathmandu
Today you will return to Kathmandu. Here you will visit Bhadgaon, another Newar city founded in the 9th century, the Ancient Gateway, Durbar Square (the Royal Residential Quarter of Bhupatindra Malla), famous five storied temple of Nyatapola in Pagoda style, Batsala temple, Bhairavnath temple, Duttatraya temple, Pujari Math and Palace of 55 windows. Day 6 – Kathmandu/Chitwan
After breakfast transfer from Kathmandu to Chitwan by road to Royal Chitwan National Park, 150 kms 4/5 hrs drive south east of Pokhara. Upon arrival check-in at Jungle Lodge, take refreshments and briefing about the programmes. In the afternoon enjoy jungle activities of Elephant safari, walking etc. (B,L,D)

Day 7 – Chitwan
Today enjoy full day jungle activities include jungle safari on elephant back, nature walks, jungle drive, canoeing and bird watching in the park having 360 sq. miles of tall grassland and thick forests. We will attempt to search out some of the elusive animals of the Terai, and with the skill of the fully trained tracker will encounter the one horned Rhino, various types of deer, boar, leopard and if we are very fortunate,
the elusive tiger. (B,L,D)

Day 8 – Chitwan/Pokhara
Today after breakfast you travel by car to Pokhara, enjoying the beautiful scenery en-route. Upon arrival check-in to hotel and then you have the rest of the day at leisure to walk around the lake side. (B,L)

Day 9 – Pokhara
This morning you have a sightseeing tour of Pokhara. Pokhara is a beautiful valley situated at a height of 2950 ft. with its rare combination of snow clad peaks among the highest in the world, crystal-clear lakes, stream and gorges, picturesque villages inhabited by friendly smiling Gurungs, Magars and other ethnic tribes. You will also visit the Local Market, Bindebasini Temple, Mahendra Cave, a 1 hour boat ride on
Phewa lake, a Tibetan refugee Camp and Davis fall. The afternoon is free at leisure to relax or explore on your own. (B)

Day 10 – Pokhara/Daman
After breakfast this morning you will transfer to Daman. Daman lies at an altitude of 2400m. Daman offers a view of the breathtaking grandeur of the world’s highest peaks from far west of Dhaulagiri (8167m), to the east of Mt.Everest (8848m). There is also a view tower fitted with long-range telescopes through which one can view the back of beyond. This is also an ideal place for relaxation and outdoor activities such as Hiking, Trekking , Pony treks, short hikes and Bicycling. (B,L)

Day 11 – Daman/Kathmandu
Today you will transfer back to Kathmandu. You will have the rest of the day free for last minute shopping or exploring. (B)

Day 12 – Kathmandu departure
Today is your last day in Nepal. You have the whole day free to either relax or explore on your own. Later transfer to airport for departure flight. End of itinerary. (B)

Day 1 – London Heathrow to Kathmandu, Nepal
Depart London Heathrow for international flight to Kathmandu, Nepal.

Day 2 – Kathmandu arrival

Day 3 – Kathmandu

Today enjoy a scenic drive through stunning scenery with views of the mountains on the side of the Trisuli River, whilst we make our way to Chitwan.

WATER RAFTING OPTION for £20 per person – 2/3 hours white water rafting. The Trishuli River (grade 3+) is one of the most popular, if not favourite, of Nepal’s raftable rivers. Many choose to incorporate a ride down the Trishuli with either a trip to Pokhara or to the Royal Chitwan National Park. (B,L)

Day 6 – Chitwan

5 Day Poon Hill Trekking Extension:

We offer 5 days tea house Trekking to Poon Hill in Annapurna region. The highlight of this trek is the visit to Poon Hill (3210m) from where you can enjoy a spectacular sunrise over the whole Himalayan range and the surrounding rice terraces (a photographer’s paradise!). From the scenic village of Tikedungha, you will be transported back to Pokhara enjoying the last views of the majestic scenery. You will also be able to marvel at the gargantuan stature of the fish tail. A skeleton itinerary for this extension is as follows:

Day 8 – Pokhara – Birethanti – Ulleri
