Day 1 (23 July 2012) - London Heathrow to Beijing
Depart from London Heathrow airport for international economy flight to Beijing via Amsterdam. We can also arrange departures from your local airport at no extra cost.
*Emperor Tours will always book direct flights - however during peak periods (eg. Christmas, Easter and summer holidays) airlines charge considerably more, so a small supplement may apply. Alternatively we will book indirect flights.
Day 2 (24 July 2012) - Beijing
Arrive in Beijing. Upon arrival be met by local guide and driver. Transfer to 5* International Hotel, rest of day at leisure.
Day 3 (25 July 2012) - Beijing
Morning visit to Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City. Afternoon at leisure. (B/L)
Optional tour - Summer Palace
Optional evening program - Legend of Kung Fu show.
Day 4 (26 July 2012) - Beijing
Morning visit to the Great Wall at Mutianyiu. Afternoon return to the city to visit the Olympic Village (Bird's Nest Stadium and Water Cube). (B/L)
Day 5 (27 July 2012) - Beijing
Morning visit to Beijing Zoo (incl. Panda House) and Beijing Aquarium. Rest of day at leisure. (B)
Optional tour - Temple of Heaven / Hutong tour by rickshaw.
Day 6 (28 July 2012) - Beijing to Chengdu
Take morning flight from Beijing to Chengdu. Upon arrival visit Leshan Grand Buddha. Stay at 4* Buddha Zen Hotel or Tianfu Sunshine Hotel (B/L)
Day 7 (29 July 2012) - Chengdu
Morning visit to the Giant Panda Breeding Research Centre - great opportunity to take photo's or play with panda's. Rest of day at leisure. (B)

Day 8 (30 July 2012) - Chengdu to London
Transfer to airport for return international economy flight to London via Amsterdam. End of service. (B)

Transfer to airport for flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival be met and transfer to 4* Harbour Plaza Metropolis Hotel. Rest of day at leisure. (B)
Days 9 & 10 (31 July & 1 August 2012) - Hong Kong
Two free days at leisure. (B)

Half day Hong Kong Island coach tour - includes Victoria Peak, Peak Tram, Stanley Market & Aberdeen Fishing Village. £35 per adult / £27 per child (3-11 yrs)
Full day Ocean Park tour - visit the world acclaimed theme park where you can enjoy amazing marine life, nature and exciting thrill rides on over 60 attractions. £35 per adult / £27 per child (3-11 yrs)
Hong Kong Disneyland Magic tour (roundtrip transfer included). £50 per adult / £40 per child (3-11 yrs). If you wish to stay at Disneyland Hotel, please enquire for price.
Day 11 (2 August 2012) - Hong Kong to London
Day time at leisure. Evening transfer to airport for international economy flight to London via Amsterdam. (B)
Day 12 (3 August 2012) - London arrival
Early morning arrival at London Heathrow. End of service.
